Resident Initiatives is responsible for assessing the needs of residents and coordinating resident-focused programs that encourage the highest level of economic and social independence.
At the Family Investment Center (FIC) and Buck Melton Community Center (BMCC), residents have access to a multitude of services to help achieve their goals. Services are available at no charge to public housing residents and Section 8 recipients. The FIC is located at 905 Main Street in the Davis Homes community. The BMCC is located at 150 Sessions Drive across from Felton Homes.
